Electricity is included.
Linen/towels: supplemental charge of £5 per person per week.
A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required in order to
confirm
a booking. A returnable surety of £25 is also required,
to cover for
any loss or damage.

Please note that cancellation of
a booking will result in loss of deposit.
Any cancellation, without the presentation of a medical certificate,
within
4 weeks of the commencement date of the booking, may also result
in
the loss of tariff.
